📦 Return & Refund Policy

At Legend Toys Store, we specialize in collectible toys and blind box items. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final.

❌ No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Duplicate items received from blind boxes
• Customer dissatisfaction with the character/design received

Blind box products are randomized by the manufacturer, and item selection is not guaranteed.

🔒 Sealed & Collectible Items

For hygiene, safety, and authenticity reasons:

• Once opened, blind boxes cannot be returned
• Even sealed blind boxes are non-returnable

This policy helps protect collectors from tampered or swapped items.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will gladly assist only if:

• The item arrived damaged, or
• You received the wrong product

Requirements:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of:
  
• The product
• The packaging
• The shipping label
  

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Opened blind boxes
• Normal manufacturer variations
• Minor packaging dents that do not affect the item
• Delays caused by carriers
